2. Orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded.

5. All Sales Are Final

Because we are a small business and many of our items are handmade or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and other information before completing your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Handmade Products

Some of our products are handmade.

Small differences between individual items are expected and are part of the handmade nature of the product.

Minor variations in stitching, pattern placement, measurements, texture, finish, or appearance are not considered manufacturing defects.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be outside of our control.
